Customer Service Statement
Questions or concerns regarding orders can be directed to our Customer Service Department at (888-889-8997) between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm (CT) Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Damaged shipments should be noted at the time of delivery and reported to BioMedix®'s Customer Service Department within 24 hours of receipt. Order discrepancies (incorrect or missing items, shortages) must be reported to the Customer Service Department within 72 hours of receipt of order. BioMedix is not responsible for replacing shipments damaged in transit if original packaging is discarded prior to claim inspection.

Occasionally an item may be out of stock due to unexpected demand. You will be notified if an item is unavailable at the time the order is placed; all available items will ship within 72 hours of the order.
Method of Payment
For your convenience, we accept the following methods of payment: Visa, American Express, MasterCard, cashiers check, certified check, money order or wire transfer to our account. Personal checks are accepted but may be held for up to 10 days for processing. All checks returned due to insufficient funds will be assessed a $25.00 returned check fee.
For customers wishing to purchase equipment through a leasing program, BioMedix can offer assistance in obtaining a lease through a major leasing company. The final lease agreement from the major leasing company should be read carefully and understood completely before acquiring equipment under a leasing program. We would like to remind our customers that leases are between the purchaser and the lease company, not BioMedix. Lease company guidelines contrary to BioMedix policies and procedures will not be honored by BioMedix.

In-Warranty Service: All freight charges incurred in shipping the product to BioMedix for in-warranty service work are to be paid by BioMedix. Return freight charges for in-warranty service work are to be paid by BioMedix and returned to customer via the same method product was received.
Non-Warranty Service: In the event that any product sent to BioMedix for repair is found to be operational within the herein described specifications, then customer shall pay to BioMedix $150.00 per Device as an inspection and testing fee payable immediately upon invoicing. All non-warranty servicing to the Products performed by BioMedix, at the request of customer shall be billed to customer at BioMedix standard hourly rates and charges in effect at the time such servicing is performed along with any freight charges incurred in returning the product to customer.
Sales Tax & Pricing Statement
BioMedix will collect sales tax for customers in applicable states. If a tax liability is incurred from another state or taxing authority due to a BioMedix purchase, it is the customer’s responsibility to remit to the proper taxing authority.
BioMedix reserves the right to adjust pricing on any product without notice.
